I just built a team of Bots that completely manages my family’s health. And each of these Bots is a specialist in our wellness stack. Tracker Bot is in charge of continuous health monitoring. Any family member can live connect their Whoop, Apple Watch or Oura Ring, and Tracker will proactively monitor their health data and give live alerts if anything looks out of whack. Dash Bot then takes that data and visualizes it in a centralized hub that the family can see. Now based on their health data, we have other Bots designed for nutrition, fitness, mindfulness and sleep that will take proactive actions on their behalf. Anytime you message Fit Bot, it’ll build and adjust your daily training plan based on your recovery score. Calm Bot will automatically nudge you with a notification if your heart rate spikes too high. And all of this is happening proactively based on the live health data tracking, but also reactively whenever anyone messages through. You can see how far this goes. Now the cool part is…I built this whole suite of Bots using Grok Bot. And if you haven’t tried this yet, this is now the easiest way to build with AI. Think of Grok Bot as the platform that can spin up individual Bots. Each Bot works on a shared cloud computer, can collaborate with each other, and the UI feels a lot more like texting a friend than needing to build software. You can see all of those names on the sidebar are the health Bots we have working together as a team to run the full workflow. But this is only one small example of using Bots to do work. The next two bots we’re building are Chief, a Chief of Staff Bot, and Zero, a Bot specifically designed to clear my inbox. They can talk to each other. That’s the part that blows my mind. I got early access to Grok Bot last week and built four of them, each with one job. Marge runs advertising. She builds ads in my ad accounts and manages the spend. (Short for margin.) Genny makes the AI images and videos I use in my content and my ads. She’s plugged into the same tools I open every day. Velcro is my community manager, because he makes people stick around. He flags questions from my Skool group and drafts the replies for me. He’ll also build a course out of a folder of content I hand him. Ditto handles distribution. I film one video, Ditto runs it through my AI editing pipeline and gets it posted everywhere. Including here. Each bot also gets its own virtual machine with a browser. So instead of me wiring up an API for every tool, the bot just logs in and clicks the buttons like I would. I’ve had these a week and I’m nowhere near the ceiling on what they can do. And because they have continuous memory from our first message, I know they’ll get even smarter over time. The SpaceXAI team just released @grok Bot and it’s been a game changer for me. I have many bots and I want to demo three of them today for you. The first bot I’ve been using is Holly and Aero. They are part of my bot travel team (I even have a group chat with them). I’ve been doing a lot more traveling recently and actually Holly saved me $100 just by consistently monitoring hotel prices for an upcoming trip. Aero also searches uses points and cash, helping me find the best deals out of New York City. In addition, I use Gymbo, which is my gym bot. I’ve been on a fitness journey lately and he’s been super helpful in monitoring my progress and helping me progressively overload. He does a lot of scheduling for me and helps me figure out exactly what workout I am doing each day. He also corresponds with Ned, my nutrition bot. Since the fitness journey is always holistic, Ned helps me figure out my diet. He’s been extremely helpful in helping me guess macros for different meals.
