Introducing Foreplay.
Everything you need to predictably make ads that convert, from the first spark of inspiration to the final performance report — Try Foreplay now
My favorite ad spying tool just got a massive update today.
If you run ads, chances are you've either tried Foreplay or heard about it recently.
Historically, I use Foreplay to look at my competitors' ads, check out industry-level creatives, and understand what's being tested and worked on right now.
You can scroll through as many ads as you want and search for specific keywords.
You can even see all the ads top spenders on Facebook are running, like Temu.
They also have an Experts tab that features saved ads from top advertisers, including yours truly.
I use Foreplay before every consulting call to do competitive research, and today they rolled out a feature that’s a total game changer.
The team at Foreplay was kind enough to give me early access to the new tool.
It’s called Lens.
Lens is next-level ad reporting.
It connects directly to your ad accounts and shows you exactly which creatives are performing best.
It even benchmarks your results against industry averages.
You get breakdowns comparing image vs.
video performance, reports that help you spot creative fatigue, and segmented views if you're running multiple products.
You can create custom reports and set your own benchmarks.
For example, defining “scaling” as anything spending more than $500 a day, “winners” as ROAS over 2, and “losers” as ads spending less than $100 a day.
The team at Foreplay gets that winning is about more than just copying your competitors.
It’s about understanding your own performance data and why something is working.
There are report breakdowns in here you’ve probably never even thought to look at.
I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface.
If you want access to the tool, comment “foreplay” and I’ll send you the link.
